Short Overview

For soap makers, brands and retailers who want to offer their own solid soap with a practical use system – without developing a technical solution of their own. The soap maker provides the soap, SAVONT provides the technology: soap holder and travel box in one.

Brand Effect

Your own soap becomes more premium and practical to use: at the sink, it floats visibly; on the go, it touches nothing inside the box. One small soap creates two aha-moments: at the washbasin and during transport in the box. With the printable lid, your own brand is strengthened through SAVONT technology.

System Principle

AirBox is the compact stage for small soaps. The soap is fitted with a soap disc and held contact-free by the removable magnetic suction cup – at the sink and inside the box. This clearly sets it apart from classic packaging or a soap dish: the soap floats and dries, instead of lying in a film of water.

Use Cases

For mini soaps, sample sizes, gift sets, hotel collaborations, seasonal campaigns and premium soap presentations. SAVONT supplies the AirBox as a system component; the soap brand stays in the foreground.

Customisation

The lid is supplied with a custom sticker as standard. The white central area is available for your logo or brand design. The surrounding patent ring with the wording “U.S. PAT. No. 12,035,854 B2” remains part of the standard layout.

Technical Specifications

Small solid soaps up to approx. 40 g when mounted at an angle, or up to 30 g vertically. Suction cup Ø 30 mm, soap disc Ø 19 mm. Removable magnetic suction cup. Printable lid: sticker, UV printing on request. Colours: blue or yellow.
